International ShippingShipping to NZ Delivery to New Zealand is free for orders over $100, otherwise the shipping cost is $30 for orders under $100. In-store gift card purchases over $80 receive free shipping, otherwise the shipping cost is $5 for gift card purchases under $80. Shipping to the Rest of the World International Delivery we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD or $5 AUD for in-store gift card purchases. Please note that our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery. International Delivery timeframes: For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10 business days. Sportsgirl ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service for all our international orders. During any promotional periods, processing time of orders may take a little longer. Do you offer exchanges?Unfortunately we can’t accept online exchanges; however you can take your order into any Sportsgirl store for an exchange (within Australia). Please show your order confirmation email for any in store exchanges. Alternatively, you can return your items to our online location for a refund and place a new order. For international and Afterpay orders, if you wish to exchange your purchase, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order.

Returning online purchasesAUSTRALIAN RETURNS To return items to our online store, please follow the steps below: 1. Go to AusPost Returns 2. Fill out your return details and pay for your return to be processed 3. Print the return label for your order and stick it to the outside of your parcel (the label will also be emailed to you). Don't have a printer? No problem. You can print your label at a post office - just show the confirmation email on your mobile device and they can print it for you. 4. Tick the box for the items you are returning on the return slip and include with your return.Then lodge your item at a post office, or drop it into a red street posting box (if size permits). 5. Take your parcel to the counter at the post office if you want a lodgement receipt with a parcel tracking number. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. If you have lodged a return form and haven’t received it by email please follow the below step: Go to https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support and submit an online request for a refund. On logging the request you will receive an enquiry reference number to use in any future communications about the refund request. You will be contacted as soon as possible after logging the request. The refund request will usually be actioned within 48 hours. We recommend that you use a tracking number for your returns parcel as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit. All change of mind returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase in store or the date you receive your online order. FULL PRICE: In store purchases - Items can be refunded with proof of purchase or exchanged for other items without a receipt in stores only Online purchases - Refundable both in-stores and if sent back to our online store. SALE ITEMS: In store purchases – Non-refundable, items can only be exchanged for other goods in stores. Online purchases – Refundable both in-stores and if sent back to our online store. CONDITIONS: Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags and labels attached). Beauty items, underwear, swimwear, earrings, hosiery, face masks and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. Shipping costs from online purchases and returns postage are non-refundable. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes. Please note: Sleepwear can only be returned back to our online store FAULTY RETURNS: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you receive a faulty item in your online order, please take it to your nearest store within reasonable time along with your order confirmation. If you are not located near a Sportsgirl, please contact us with your order number, details of the fault and any relevant photos. For faulty items from an in store purchase, please visit your nearest Sportsgirl for your returns with your proof of purchase. YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Sportsgirl if the item is: (a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or (b) Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or (c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Sportsgirl with proof of purchase, such as your original Sportsgirl receipt or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired. If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a Sportsgirl gift card of equivalent value to the item, Sportsgirl is happy to exchange or give you the gift card instead of a refund. SPORTSGIRL 'CHANGE OF MIND POLICY' Sportsgirl is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or gift cards on items, or exchange them, simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase. However, under our own Sportsgirl 'Change of Mind Policy', if you simply change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card of value equivalent to thepurchase price for most items provided that: (a) you return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase (or for online purchases, from the date you receive it); and (b) the item is unworn and in its original condition; and (c) all original labels and tickets are attached to the item; and (d) you provide an original Sportsgirl tax invoice as proof of purchase; and (e) sale merchandise purchased in stores will only be exchanged, not refunded. However, by creating an account online at Sportsgirl.com.au, you will have access to the following features: A fast, easy check out - because your details will be stored in our system already! How do I begin to use Afterpay?Your order total must be valued at $100 or more. An Australian debit or credit card To be over 18 years of age To live in Australia Set up an account on the Afterpay website here or at the checkout online. Your application will be subject to Afterpay’s credit assessment.

How does Afterpay work?At the checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment option once you have $100 or more worth of product in your shopping bag. You will be redirected to the Afterpay website to process your order. Register or login into Afterpay to confirm your order. (Please note: The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout). You will then be redirected back to our website to receive your order success confirmation. Each order is subject to Afterpay's credit assessment. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. What are the T&Cs?Please note: That gift cards are only redeemable for products in store and not for cash, another gift card will be issued if total amount is not redeemed. To check the balance of your card, contact your nearest store. Gift cards purchased outside of a Sportsgirl store will need to be activated prior to use which will take 24 hours. Please maintain all receipts as a proof of purchase is needed should you have any issues with your gift card. PLEASE NOTE: SPORTSGIRL GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH. GIFT CARDS ARE TREATED AS CASH AND CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN.

How long is my gift card valid for?All Sportsgirl gift cards have a 3-year expiry date from the date of issue. If you have a gift card that is due to expire during our temporary store closure, we will honour the current value of the card until October 2020. Can I use my gift card online?Sportsgirl gift cards can currently only be redeemed in any of our stores across Australia but not online.

Can I purchase gift cards online?Yes you can! Pre-loaded in-store gift cards are available to be purchased online. Our gift cards can only be redeemed in our stores. To find your nearest store, see our Store locator. All Australian in-store gift card purchases over $50 receive free express shipping (New Zealand over $80), otherwise the shipping cost is $5 for all other in-store gift card values and shipping locations.

I haven't received my confirmation emailOnce you submit payment, you will receive an email to confirm your order. If you don’t receive this, be sure to check your junk or spam folder. If you are unable to locate your order confirmation email, please contact us.

I can't log into my accountIf you’re having trouble signing in with your email address or password, please check you’re using the same email address and password you used when you created your account. If you can't remember your password, please click the ‘Forgotten password?’ link and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password. You can also change your password, email address or any of your other details by logging in to your account. If you’re still having problems signing in to your account you may need to delete your cookies. A cookie is information stored by a user’s web browser and sometimes needs to be deleted to view a site properly. Every browser has a different way of deleting your cookies. How can I check if my payment went through?If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment and you received an order confirmation email then your payment has gone through. If you’re still unsure, please check your bank statement for any charges or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?After your order has been placed it immediately begins the process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible. After this process has begun, we are unable to amend the order in any way including: Cancellations, update to shipping address & email and changing items in the order. However, if there is an error with your shipping address, please contact Australia Post for a redirection.

What currency is used for online purchases?All prices are in Australian dollars and you will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

What are the T&Cs?Please note: That gift cards are only redeemable for products in store and not for cash, another gift card will be issued if total amount is not redeemed. To check the balance of your card, contact your nearest store. Gift cards purchased outside of a Sportsgirl store will need to be activated prior to use which will take 24 hours. Please maintain all receipts as a proof of purchase is needed should you have any issues with your gift card. PLEASE NOTE: SPORTSGIRL GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH. GIFT CARDS ARE TREATED AS CASH AND CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN.

How long is my gift card valid for?All Sportsgirl gift cards have a 3-year expiry date from the date of issue. If you have a gift card that is due to expire during our temporary store closure, we will honour the current value of the card until October 2020. Can I use my gift card online?Sportsgirl gift cards can currently only be redeemed in any of our stores across Australia but not online.

Can I purchase gift cards online?Yes you can! Pre-loaded in-store gift cards are available to be purchased online. Our gift cards can only be redeemed in our stores. To find your nearest store, see our Store locator. All Australian in-store gift card purchases over $50 receive free express shipping (New Zealand over $80), otherwise the shipping cost is $5 for all other in-store gift card values and shipping locations.

I haven't received my confirmation emailOnce you submit payment, you will receive an email to confirm your order. If you don’t receive this, be sure to check your junk or spam folder. If you are unable to locate your order confirmation email, please contact us.

I can't log into my accountIf you’re having trouble signing in with your email address or password, please check you’re using the same email address and password you used when you created your account. If you can't remember your password, please click the ‘Forgotten password?’ link and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password. You can also change your password, email address or any of your other details by logging in to your account. If you’re still having problems signing in to your account you may need to delete your cookies. A cookie is information stored by a user’s web browser and sometimes needs to be deleted to view a site properly. Every browser has a different way of deleting your cookies. How can I check if my payment went through?If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment and you received an order confirmation email then your payment has gone through. If you’re still unsure, please check your bank statement for any charges or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?After your order has been placed it immediately begins the process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible. After this process has begun, we are unable to amend the order in any way including: Cancellations, update to shipping address & email and changing items in the order. However, if there is an error with your shipping address, please contact Australia Post for a redirection.

My payment has been declinedPlease double check that the account details you supplied (including the expiry date, card type and CCV number) are all correct. Alternatively, you can enter the details of another card and try again. If the problem persists you can contact your bank for details of why the payment was declined.
